No. NextRole Solutions works for job seekers, not employers. We offer job search support, resume writing and reverse recruiting.
What is reverse recruiting?+
Instead of filling an employer’s vacancies, we help you find roles that fit your goals, reach hiring managers, track applications and prepare for interviews.
Can I send my resume?+
Yes. Attach a PDF, DOC or DOCX resume of up to 5 MB through Nova or the enquiry form. Add your name, email and target role so the team has the context to follow up.
How much do your services cost?+
The team will confirm pricing personally after understanding the support you need. Nova does not quote unconfirmed prices.
Do you guarantee a job offer?+
No job offer or interview outcome is guaranteed. Hiring decisions remain with employers. The team will explain the scope of your service before you commit.
Is my resume public?+
No. Submitted resumes are stored privately for NextRole Solutions. They are not displayed on the website or made available to other visitors.
Will Nova review my resume automatically?+
Nova can answer service questions and help you submit your resume. Your attached document is saved for the team; it is not automatically analysed by Nova.
